FFMS for food delivery application is used to manage delivery users by monitoring their work and track them as to reduce the delivery time and make the delivery experience easier and more efficient it also allows the user of the application to navigate to the delivery destination.

this application is a part of a system called Field Force Management System provided by GeoVision S.A.L Company based in Beirut, Lebanon. The system is mainly a task management system where the enrolling company who purchased our product have the ability to dispatch tasks and locate users on the map via the web-based back-office solution we provide along with the smartphone application.
On the smartphone level, the users receive tasks allocated to them by their dispatch center. After allocation, the user can then work on the task by viewing its details, navigating to the task using Google Maps, adding custom feedback forms, attachments, voice messages and more. The user can also create custom reports based on his tasks, search for tasks, and chat with other users.
Alongside all of the above, as part of the purchasing company’s requirements upon sign in, the user’s location is saved and tracked as long as he is logged in (with his consent) via the application. This is for having the dispatch center monitor the user’s location on the map (using the web-based back-office solution) as long as he is at work and on shift, which is a main feature in the application and is used for more than one purpose in the whole system.
The user’s location is captured for:
• Determining if the user is on in the company’s premises.
• Tracking the user’s location along his way in making a delivery to a client.
• Using the tracked location in the delivery process by a third party customer app where the customer ordering food can view the track and know how much time is left and where is the delivery at on the map.
